We are proud to present our 2025 Impact Report which uses numbers and stories to describe the wide range of work we do. Even more importantly, we explain what a tremendous positive impact this work can have on lives.

2025 was a hard year and we looked after many people who had never turned to us before – in fact they made up more than a third of the 12,500 we helped. Please take a moment to read what was achieved thanks to our community support.
